Jessica Willebrands has worked in the real estate industry for nearly 11 years - she started out as a receptionist, before completing her sales certificate and working her way through the ranks as a leasing agent, assistant property manager and property manager before becoming the Senior Property Manager for LJ Hooker Chermside.
In her previous roles, Jessica completed a number of courses including training in reception and problem solving, and attained her Residential Letting Agents Licence. She also won the Property Manager of the Quarter state-wide award based on figures and returns, and worked in a busy office managing five staff and running a portfolio - this enabled Jessica to develop a strong knowledgeable background on all facets of property management.
Jessica’s goal is to be the best Senior Property Manager she can be while doing this job; by doing so, she offers a quality service to all clients, whether they are tenants, landlords or tradespeople. She takes pleasure in her job because of the challenges and the diversity she faces each and every day, and the opportunity to resolve people’s problems and rent quality homes.
Jessica has great communication skills and is highly organised and punctual - she is dedicated and will always give 100% in everything she does.
When Jessica is not at work, she enjoys having fun and getting outdoors, camping, spending time with family and friends, and is partial to a spot of shopping!
